1. What is your lead time on orders?

   We try to keep to a lead time of 2-3 weeks but please do get in touch if you need an order sooner as we may have a quiet week.

2. It says I can collect my order, where are you based?

   I’m in Westcliff-on-sea, Essex.

3. Can I add something personal onto a biscuit?

   Yes! We can stamp any text into the fondant, please enter this into the Special Instructions/personalise box which will appear after you ‘add to cart’. We will select the appropriate font size and style at the time of baking…trust us…we are pros at this!

4. Can I have my biscuits in a certain colour?

   Yes of course, please select the colour from the drop down menu at the point of ordering/please pop a note of colour choice into the special instructions box at the point of ordering.

5. I would like to order two gift boxes and post to two different addresses, how do do this?

   You will need to do two separate transactions so that we can select the correct postal address at time of packaging.

6. I would love to order some biscuits yet cannot see the style i would like?

   No worries, please go through to our BESPOKE section, fill out the form and the team will be in touch to design your specific order. Please note there may be a small charge for bespoke items.

7. Are you able to make gluten free or nut free biscuits.

   Unfortunately we cannot offer gluten free as we use wheat in our kitchen.

8. My order isn't needed until a couple of months time, but i’m super organised, can I book biscuits in advance?

   We LOVE to plan ahead so yes, you may book in advance, please state the date you need them to arrive by and we will make sure they are baked, decorated, packaged and posted to arrive in time for the date you require.

9. My biscuits are a gift, do you put any price information inside the box?

   No. We assume every box we send is a gift, either for a friend or for yourself! All you’ll find inside the box are biscuits and a notecard (if selected at checkout)! Oh and packaging of course!

10. Can I add a message in the box so they know who its from?

    Absolutely. Please enter this into the Special Instructions/personalise box which will appear after you ‘add to cart’.

11. Is your packaging recyclable at all?

    All of our boxes, lids and shredded paper is made from recycled materials and can be recycled. However the clear bags the biscuits are sealed in & the box belly bands unfortunately cannot be recycled, but we are working on it!
