All of our biscuits are Yummy Shortbread and contain the following:

Plain flour (WHEAT), Sugar, Dairy Free Butter & Fondant Icing.

The fondant icing may contain NUTS due to the manufacturing conditions, there we cannot guarantee Nut free.

Fondant ingredients:Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm oil, Water, Humectant (Glycerol), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring.

Food colouring used in the fondant may contain E numbers some of which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children:

E102, E104, E110, E112, E124 & E129.

Storage Information: Our delicious biscuits will stay fresh for 3-4 weeks in their original packaging. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fondant does not like being super cold so please do not store them in a fridge!
